The location of this hotel is a total win! It's right at the start of the mall, making it super easy to shop and explore. I really enjoyed my room, which was spacious and had a comfy king-size bed-perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch; who doesn't love free snacks and drinks?
There were some letdowns. I found the bathroom a bit cramped, and some of the layout choices were just weird. the mini bar wasn't restocked daily, which was a bummer after enjoying a drink. To top it off, I had some noise issues from the street at night—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. not the experience I hoped for.

Stunning setting, brilliant and cheerful staff.
Location very close to shops, restaurants, nice walks & car rental, the gardens, gallery, zoo and the Festival Theatre and numerous Restaurants and Cafe's. Also, easy to get around the city of Adelaide by tram. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as coffee and bacon.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar lounge, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. I can't wait to return for Christmas.

We had a lovely experience at the Mayfair. The location was excellent, just a short walk to shopping and attractions, making it very convenient for us. The hotel is beautifully decorated and exuded a classy vibe, especially with the festive decorations. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities, including a free minibar, which was a nice surprise. The staff at the Den were accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our family had a pleasant stay.
Nothing 😕.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were warm and cute throughout my visit.
The breakfast option could benefit from a few more choices to enhance the experience.

comfortable mini bar, stylishly decorated rooms, rooftop bar
The noise from the busker playing loud rock music until 2am is unacceptable!!! A lack of soundproofing or attention to this issue needs addressing to ensure guests can actually sleep even on weekends!!!

review: Although the location was superb, the experience fell short due to inconsistent housekeeping and difficulty with the mini bar replenishment. Nonetheless, the spacious Luxury King Room was beautifully appointed, and the staff's efforts at customer service were commendable, especially during breakfast. I particularly appreciated the complimentary strawberries for our celebration. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

The noise at night was unbearable! Between loud music, yelling, and street cleaners, I barely slept during my stay. It's frustrating when you pick a place for peace, only to be kept up all night by chaos outside.

I had a fantastic stay with in-room dining that catered perfectly to my dietary needs and a super comfy bed that made it hard to get up! The live music at the bar and relaxing rooftop area were great spots to unwind. Just wish the breakfast hours were a bit longer, but overall it was a lovely experience! 😊
